DSW online shoe store review DSW (Designer Shoe Warehouse) is an online shoe store featuring luxury and designer shoes for women, men and children.
I have shopped with them successfully for years and am an member, but I returned one pair of hundreds and they never credited me for a lousy 20.00.

The day before my birthday I was going to get them but they missed my complete address on label and I could not wear them. They couldn't be worse if they tried.Worst experience with DSW. The 5-8 day delivery promise is a joke. I cannot shop where i am unable to return an item that im dissstisfied with. But no, they won’t return my money.

The agent says wait for another day your product will come.

(Now I'm an elite member, so I can return items for free - more on that later).
They were the wrong size and I asked the salesman to get me the next size up and when he returned he practically threw the box at me. I bought a shoes with them. (?!)

AND I was told the coupon I originally used wouldn't be valid in the future. It has cause me more grief to go back n forth to the store and fedex to ship. I’m tired to getting it into their head that I NO LONGER want the products since its stuck in shipping, REFUND my money. The shoes seemed very comfortsble when i tried them on, but after only one hour on my feet at work the right shoe became excruciatingly painful. Read real customer ratings and reviews or write your own.

Love their great prices too. Love their great prices too. 6 weeks later still no refund.

First, DSW states that unless you're a VIP gold or elite member, you gotta fork over $8.95 for returning or exchanging items by mail. But I really wanted them, so I gave them another 4th chance.

I don't think I'll be ordering online anytime soon with DSW!

I have over 12k in the account so I don't know what could possibly go wrong. No apology. They are really going down as a company in my eyes. My problem is He went to another associate and proceeded to tell her that I was being a B!tch I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM THIS COMPANY.Yesterday I went to purchase some shoes because I like the selection At your stores.

I walked back to the clearance and all of the sudden there is a guy telling me that I can’t try shoes on there. I had requested a couple of price adjustments and even did the calculations for them, but I had to respond with multiple emails before they understand.All those giving this company such great reviews, is a wonder why they will not improve. No reply.Ordered a pair of shoes online, with a coupon. I loved that shoes and was planning to wear them on my Birthday.

Their no wear return policy should only apply to dress shoes that someone may return sfter a special occasion maybe.

Now since they show signs of of wear, i cannot return them.

Now I am left with junk. Walked up and down the aisle in them.

There is no signage that says you can’t try shoes on in the aisle.

The second order my shoes were right wrong size. As a pleb I just returned my items in store. I will never shop DSW again.

Finally got a chat agent to help me, have to wait 3-5 more days for my refund, and that it wasn't processed "due to some error".

I've been a DSW VIP rewards customer for 15 years, but no more.I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and only one pair qualified for the discount code, okay fine. Also, this is the 2nd time I've had to exchange a pair of shoes for faulty product so I wouldn't recommend this place at all.I ordered 5 pairs of shoes from JLo Collection due to super low prices and out of 5 pairs only 1 was shipped.

The most common issues with DSW are around customer service, which is not as good as expected by some customers. From online purchases to returns, all were positive experiences. Upon calling DSW, the supervisor was rude and said she can not do anything and it is UPS fault. This company flat stole my information and tried stealing my money! Do not order anything from DSW unless you can wait weeks for your delivery.
