The WBBA is a not for profit organization, which uses player registration fees to cover all expenses related to operating the House, Travel and Southwest basketball programs. Everyone's knowledge and adherence to these guidelines will help assure a successful and healthy season.Due to the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the upcoming basketball season, the Roseville Youth Basketball Association is implementing the following COVID-19 refund policy for the 2020-2021 season.Partial Season Cancellation: Prorated refund if two or more games are cancelled minus a $10 transaction fee.For example, if five of the 10 in-house league games are cancelled, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.Full Season Cancellation: Full refund of registration and travel fees.Registration Fees: Prorated based upon the number of weeks remaining in the season minus a $10 transaction fee.
