Despite lower crowd levels at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, guests have still struggled to get in the virtual queue for the newest ride at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.In light of this, Disney has announced procedure changes for the Rise of the Resistance virtual queue! There’s also a “drop” during the ride, but not in the Tower of Terror category. Instead of guide tracks, onboard computers determine the path, speed, and motion of the vehicles. If you do need to use the rider switch service scan in at the ride entrance and then look to get assistance from a cast member when you are in the queue line. While it doesn’t quite reach that level, we think it is more than long enough and you definitely feel like you got enough time in the attraction space.
