This is the Jesus Valley – Beaver Pond Trail partially maintained by the Mt. 1. Though the mountain is not even 2000 feet, the summit has no trees on top making for 360 degree panorama.
Points of Interest. 2 Helpful votes. Major Trail, well-blazed in blue, begins at a parking area on NH11, 4.2 mi. Major summit that originate from the trailhead parking lot on NH11. This is also the eastern terminus of the Belknap Range Trail. Helpful. Trails were very busy, lots of hikers, good portion with dogs. Hike for another 1.0 mile to reach the summit with the trail again splitting and rejoining along the way. It features great views near the top, a little bit of simple rock climbing (with trails to walk around), and is one of the most frequented trails. A great moderate hike with fantastic views.
